Role Overview:
Deloitte's
Global Tax & Legal Technology team builds and supports enterprise platforms that enable Tax and Legal professionals to deliver services efficiently, securely, and at scale. As a
Senior QA Analyst Test Automation, you will play a critical role in ensuring solution quality, regulatory compliance, and release readiness across globally used applications.
This role requires strong hands on testing and
TOSCA automation expertise, along with the ability to collaborate across USI and global teams, support Agile delivery, and uphold Deloitte s quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute QA strategy for assigned modules or releases
- Design and execute test plans, RTM, and TCD for enterprise applications
- Automate test cases using TOSCA (XScan, TDS/TDM, Recovery Scenarios, Exception Handling)
- Orchestrate DEX/AOS for distributed execution; manage Execution Lists and reporting
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT support
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessment with cross functional teams
- Communicate test status, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices
- Ensure compliance with and maintain development guidelines:
- Apply Deloitte standards (e.g., copyright, visual identity) and guidelines (e.g., style guide, checklists) to tools development projects.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation to facilitate compliance as required.
Required Skills
- 46 years in QA (manual + automation)
- Strong hands-on TOSCA (including RTM, TCD, Recovery Scenarios, Libraries, Test Sheets, Excel)
- Mandatory TOSCA Certifications: AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS1, TDS2
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Web and API testing (TOSCA API)
- Exposure to Playwright or modern UI automation frameworks
- Experience with C# unit test creation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
