Job Description

Job Objective: Responsible for ensuring and maintaining Quality norms implement and maintain all quality audits (including HACCP & GFSI schemes), implement Bexel process across all locations current & future in the region.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • To ensure quality checks for all inbound and outbound material.
  • Ensure all team members follow SOPs as per FSMS plan.
  • To verify all quality control report punctually for the compliances as per FSMS Plan whichever is applicable & if deviation are observed, take necessary corrective action
  • To verify Internal Vs External report submitted by QA and analyze for deviations
  • To solve all quality related issues at various locations in the region
  • To verify complaints received by customer and give root cause analysis with due verification and give corrective action, And To ensure that repetition of complaint does not occur
  • Assesses customer/service level requirements and accordingly set the quality standards
  • To implement and maintain HACCP, GFSI schemes and other audit systems within QA, AND build in control checks in the process to monitor adherence to quality procedures
  • To ensure Pest control requirements are updated and maintained
  • Ensure all critical controlled points are maintained
  • All testing, measuring equipment in quality assurance is calibrated
  • Updating of all quality process related to GFSI & HACCP documents
  • Be a part of start-up process for the region
  • Identifying training needs for the Quality team in the region
  • Conducting training for the quality team for the region
  • Coordinating among the departments of continual improvement
  • Timely updating the Best practices at site
  • Generate Dashboards / Audit reports and present it to the Management or Senior team.
  • Suggest improvement in process efficiency to ensure highest level of quality
  • Review documentation in the files and to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, compliance and completeness
  • To coordinate & responsible to conduct all customer specific audits like DQMP; etc. AND FSSAI checklist audits.
