Job Descripon: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer
Department: Quality Control and Assurance/Manufacturing
Locaon: Ahmedabad - Pirana
Reports To: Funcon Head (Quality Control and Assurance)
Key Responsibilies:
Preferred experience would be working in either machining or industrial product
manufacturing companies
Monitoring & Observe Producon Processes, to ensure they adhere to established standards
and idenfy potenal problems early on.
Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems & Procedures for inspecng materials,
producon processes, and tesng of finished products
Inspecon and Tesng of Parts & Products including dimensional checks, material analysis, and
funconal tests, to verify that parts or products meet specificaons and r drawing
requirements
Data Analysis and Idenfying Issues collect and analyze data from tesng and inspecons to
idenfy trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Correcve Acons, based on the analysis, propose and implement soluons to address Quality
problems and prevent recurrence.
Work with design, producon, and other teams to address quality issues and implement
improvements
Document Quality Control Acvies, maintain accurate records of inspecons, tests, and
correcve acons.
Should be versed with ISO systems & documentaon requirements
Good understanding of industry standards, GD&T and design standards
Well versed with use of measuring instruments
Use of Microso Office tools & Presentaon
Skills and Qualificaons:
Educaonal Requirements: Diploma Mechanical
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Trained internal auditor for ISO system
Working knowledge of ERP system would be an added advantage

Experience:
7 to 10 Years in the same field in an engineering company.
