Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and ensuring adherence to quality management standards. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to identify and address quality issues, and collaboration with teams to maintain construction quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on Site Experience in Residential/Commercial Construction.
• Overall Less than 10 years of experience
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices.
• Experience in Quality Auditing and implementing Quality Management systems.
• Strong skills in conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Effective problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project compliance.
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is an advantage.
