Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Howrah (Near Amta) for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Coordinator.
- Ensure incoming raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products meet specified quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct routine laboratory testing (physical, chemical, and performance tests) as per BIS / ASTM / internal SOPs.
- Maintain batch quality records, test certificates, calibration logs, and QC documentation with full traceability.
- Monitor production processes and provide corrective actions to ensure right-first-time manufacturing.
- Handle customer inspection requirements, panel preparation, and third-party audit coordination.
- Investigate quality complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure laboratory equipment calibration, chemical stock control, and compliance with ISO quality systems.
