Job Description:
- Perform inspections as assigned in accordance with standards.
- Conduct all levels of woven/leather garment inspections including PP sample, size set sample, inline, and final audits independently.
- Generate inspection reports with corrective measures and share them with the factory and production team.
- Maintain effective communication with reporting manager, office staff and factory representatives.
- Closely monitor products and raise all quality-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A university degree or diploma in Textile, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of woven/leather garments, especially in garment treatments and washing techniques.
- 6-8 years of experience in a buying office.
- Good command of English and the local language (oral and written).
- Proficient in computer use and reporting.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with high integrity; able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively
