Quality Assurance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Tumkur. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, conducting quality inspections during production stages, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves training team members on quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in conducting quality inspections, process audits, and risk assessments
• Strong analytical skills for identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards such as WHO-GMP and quality certifications like ISO
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Familiarity with herbal extracts, organic products, or nutraceutical industry is a strong advantage
