This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality standards, designing testing protocols, monitoring production processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and consistent results that align with company goals.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies, testing processes, and tools
• Proven ability in leading and managing teams, and coordinating with cross-functional departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and convey quality expectations
• Experience in analyzing metrics, creating reports, and maintaining quality documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership or quality assurance role is an asset
