We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of quality assurance practices, quality engineering standards, and testing methodologies across both manual and automated testing.

Qualifications:
1. BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT
2. 12+ yrs of relevant experience in Banking and Financial services domain
Skillset required:
- Deep knowledge of Banking and Financial services domain with proven experience in testing industry leading core/ digital banking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the full QA lifecycle (test planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting), with experience improving test strategy and processes.
- Hands-on experience with API and Ul testing.
- Expertise in testing and automation of both web and mobile ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of Automation tools like Tosca (Model-Based Testing), Selenium (Web/Mobile), Katalon etc.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience working in Agile teams.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing high performing teams and mentoring junior/senior QA engineers
