- Good at reading construction drawing/plant layout etc.
- Understand inter disciplinary activities of different disciplines like, Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical etc.
Responsibilities:
- Quality/CSAT Improvement in Plant Engineering
- Drive Early Warnings and Risks mitigation plan across Plant Engineering BU
- Metrics Analysis and dashboard
- Continuous Improvement by means of problem-solving tools and methodologies (lean / six sigma)
- Conduct Process Trainings
- Drive process Improvement Projects
- Participate in Governance Reviews
- Ensure ISO Certifications by closing all process gaps.
- Perform Project Reviews
- Perform Audits
