Job Role - QA Manager
Experience - 10+ Years
Salary - As per market standard
Job Location - Chennai
Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy for Web & Mobile E-commerce platforms
- Manage and mentor QA teams (Manual + Automation)
- Drive automation framework implementation (UI, API & Performance testing)
- Ensure quality across Product Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout & Payment flows
- Work closely with Product, Engineering & DevOps teams
- Define and track quality metrics, release readiness & risk assessment
- Oversee regression, integration, UAT & production validation
- Implement CI/CD-based automation pipelines
- Ensure scalability, performance & security compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in QA with at least 3+ years in a QA Manager / Lead role
- Strong experience in Apparel / Fashion E-commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with:
- Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- API Testing (Postman / Rest Assured)
- Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)
- CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
- Experience working with Shopify / Magento / Custom E-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of Payment Gateway testing
- Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Experience handling large-scale traffic & peak sale events
Good to Have
- Experience in OMS, WMS integrations
- Knowledge of A/B testing & analytics validation
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
