Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. The QA Manager will oversee and manage all quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA policies, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring material and construction quality, and coordinating with project teams. The QA Manager will also identify improvement opportunities and provide training to teams to maintain excellence in quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance procedures, quality control measures, and project audits
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot quality-related issues
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is advantageous
