Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all QA processes to ensure products meet high-quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control systems, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, managing quality inspections, and leading a team in addressing any quality issues. The role involves collaborating across departments to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company-quality benchmarks while implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in quality control, quality assurance processes, and product inspections
- Experience in implementing process improvements and troubleshooting quality-related issues
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting for performance evaluation
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Detailed understanding of compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Additional certifications in Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, or related disciplines are a plus
