Quality Assurance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager located in Jamnagar. The QA Manager will oversee all aspects of product quality by designing and implementing quality standards and processes across production. Responsibilities include monitoring production lines for compliance, conducting inspections, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting quality issues, and working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure adherence to quality standards. The QA Manager will also lead quality audits and collaborate with clients to meet customer requirements and satisfaction. Ensuring all deliverables comply with specified standards is a key part of this role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance standards, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in quality control techniques, process improvement, and data analysis
• Experience with testing, inspections, and quality audits in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems and documentation
• Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; additional qualifications in quality assurance or Six Sigma certification are advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar QA role within a manufacturing industry is preferred
