Quality Assurance Lead

Education and Experience:

• At least 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience leading or managing a QA team in an Agile development environment.
• Experience in Payroll domain is a must
• Strong understanding of test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Kotlin, Maven, GitLab).

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in test automation, security testing, AI/ML-driven testing, and performance testing
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML-driven testing tools to enhance test case generation, test execution, and defect prediction.
• Implement AI-based analytics to predict software defects, analyze historical test data, and recommend optimizations in testing strategies.
• Leverage AI-powered automated test case generation tools to reduce manual efforts and improve test coverage.
• Implement self-healing test automation techniques using machine learning models to reduce script maintenance and improve test stability.
• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) for automated requirements analysis, ensuring comprehensive test scenarios and reducing missed test cases.
• Integrate AI-driven anomaly detection systems to proactively identify defects and performance bottlenecks in global payroll transactions.

Nice to Have:

● Experience in automating solutions within HR or Finance domains.

● Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

● Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
