Experience
- 812 years of experience in QA / Testing.
- 35 years of experience in Informatica MDM implementations.
- Experience leading QA teams in large enterprise data or MDM programs
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Informatica MDM testing and validation.
- Good understanding of match/merge rules, survivorship, data models, and hierarchy management.
- Strong SQL and database validation skills.
- Experience in ETL testing and data quality validation.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-based services.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for Informatica MDM implementations.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional, integration, and data validation testing.
- Validate match/merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and golden record creation within Informatica MDM.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source systems and the MDM hub using SQL queries.
- Conduct ETL and integration testing for inbound and outbound data flows.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage defect lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution coordination with development teams.
- Collaborate with MDM architects, developers, data stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
- Provide test metrics, quality reports, and release readiness assessments.
