Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting reviews, and collaborating on global QA initiatives and processes. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and oversee quality assurance activities - Implement quality control processes - Analyze and improve quality metrics Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration - Strong understanding of quality assurance principles - Knowledge of quality management systems - Experience in conducting quality audits - Excellent problem-solving skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) - This position is based at our Gurugram office - Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University
