Job Description:
Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika, and BLTM, is an established leader in events in India, with clients from over 60 countries.
We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our small but ambitious event-tech product team, building world-class solutions. You'll help ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile platforms through systematic testing, issue tracking, and collaboration with developers and product leads.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs in collaboration with the dev team
- Perform regression, exploratory, usability, and cross-browser testing
- Test APIs using tools like Postman
- Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to QA documentation and test process improvements
What We're Looking For
- A strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
- Familiarity with basic QA concepts (manual testing, bug reporting, test cases)
- Understanding of how web and mobile apps function
- Logical thinking and a keen eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Bonus: Exposure to any bug tracking tools like JIRA or Trello
