Key Responsibilities
- Know tube mill operations, rolls, and welding processes
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
- Train QC and QA supervisors, as well as skilled and unskilled manpower
- Monitor and control quality across all stages of the production process
- Provide guidance and support to team members for problem-solving and process improvements
- Identify opportunities for process and product quality improvements and conduct rejection analysis
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain 5S practices at the workplace
- Conduct daily inspections, testing, and process monitoring
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and work instructions
