Job Description

  1. B-Tech- Dairy Technology / Food Technology with 3 years of experience.
  2. End to end monitoring and testing of Quality assurance activities in a dairy plant pertaining to manufacturing milk and milk products.
  3. Handle consumer complaints and market complaints.
  4. Train the people on HACCP/FSSC standards.
  5. Conduct market visits as per the requirements.
  6. Awareness about Quality management systems and GMP guidelines for food and dairy products.
  7. Ability to conduct and organize sensory of milk and milk products.
  8. Complete awareness about cleaning and sanitation procedures in food/dairy manufacturing.
  9. Knowledge about FSSAI specifications for milk and milk products.
