We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in the electrical panel manufacturing industry. Responsibilities
- Conducting regular inspections of electrical panels to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identifying defects and discrepancies in products and processes and reporting them to the relevant teams.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures specific to electrical panel manufacturing.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
- Assisting in the training of staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
- Performing root cause analysis for product failures and recommending solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical panel design and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools relevant to electrical panels (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
