Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulatory guidelines (BIS, CDSCO, FDA India) and GMP during product development and production.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation including BMRs, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and vendor audits, ensuring CAPA implementation.
- Monitor quality at third-party units and ensure alignment with Dermatouch standards.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and packaging teams to ensure quality checkpoints are met.
- Maintain and improve QMS (Quality Management System) for skincare product lines.
- Ensure labelling, batch coding, and packaging processes meet regulatory norms.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotech or similar).
- Experience: 25 years in QA within cosmetic / personal care / skincare industry.
- Familiarity with cosmetic manufacturing guidelines, audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to third-party sites.
