About Role

In a regulated lending product, a bug isn't just a bug, it could mean a borrower doesn't get their KFS, or a loan is disbursed without proper consent. You're the last line of defence before something goes live. You'll own test coverage across every flow and every integration, and you'll have the authority to block a release if something isn't right.

Responsibilitie

• Design, document, and execute UAT test cases across all lending flows — application, bureau pull, KYC, sanction, disbursal, repayment, foreclosure
• Own regression testing across all third-party integrations: KYC, bureau, eSign, payment, NACH
• Log and chase bugs to resolution — don't just report, follow through
• Coordinate security and penetration testing on the app
• Define and own QA standards, test coverage metrics, and release checklists
• Validate that all RBI-mandated disclosures appear correctly at every required step — this is non-negotiable

Requirement

• 2–4 years of QA experience; fintech, payments, or API-heavy product preferred
• Both manual and automated testing — Postman, Selenium, or Cypress
• Strong on API testing and integration validation
• Obsessive about detail; thinks like a borrower who's trying to break the product
• JIRA or equivalent — can manage a bug log that other people can actually follow
