Responsibilities
- Mentoring workers for achieving the best work quality
- Proper training to the workmen for avoid rework and achieve a better
- productivity
- Work inspection and material inspection with clients
- Documentation works related to Quality
- Witnessing the testing and providing the inspection to client
- Cross verifying the As-built drawings
- Inspection and closing of snag points
- Ensuring of proper work completion and proper handing over of system
- Taking care of the preparation of Method statements for the project
- Conducting coordination meeting with vendors to explain the site quality
- requirements
- Work inspection and material inspection with clients
- Documentation works related to Quality
- Maintaining records and proper tracking of documents and materials
- Conducting training for the workmen to achieve the best quality in work
