Responsibilities

• Work closely with our web developers to seamlessly integrate testing into the development and build processes.
• Design, develop, and execute manual tests, integration tests, and user-acceptance tests.
• Recommend testing tools based on the client's needs.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in JIRA/bug management tools
• Perform black-box and grey-box testing.
• Work with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the development team to understand the business and technical requirements of applications.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce testing
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience) with hands-on testing experience
• Experience in end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications including UI, functional, regression, integration, and UAT
• Solid understanding of Salesforce components such as workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks
• Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or RestAssured
• Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Familiarity with browser Dev tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) and release management processes
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies including test planning, test case design, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce modules such as CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Einstein Analytics)
• Experience with web/CMS/commerce
• Experience with Cross browser, multiple devices
• Browser dev tools familiarity
• Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and CMS or digital platforms
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• 1 year or equivalent working in software consulting companies working with external clients.
