Planit (part of the NRI Group) is looking for a QA Engineer (3+ years experience) to join our team in Mumbai.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong QA fundamentals and experience testing AI-driven applications, LLM features, or chatbot workflows.
What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end testing for web & mobile applications
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, API testing
- Validate AI/LLM-based features including chatbot responses & prompt accuracy
- Collaborate with Developers, BAs & Product Owners for timely and quality releases
- Identify, document & track defects using industry-standard tools
- Support UAT cycles & maintain structured QA documentation
- Travel within Mumbai when required for project coordination
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing
- Experience in AI/LLM/chatbot/NLP testing is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of STLC, regression testing, functional testing, defect lifecycle
- Hands-on with tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA (customize as needed)
- Strong communication, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite at Nariman Point
- Willing to travel across Mumbai for client/project needs
Location - This is an onsite role at Nariman Point, and the candidate must be open to travel across Mumbai as per project/client requirements.
