About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in testing large-scale web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for user experience, strong functional understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement analysis and prepare detailed test scenarios.
- Design test cases, create test data, and execute tests for Web and Mobile applications.
- Test end-to-end customer journeys with focus on usability and UX gaps across diverse user groups.
- Collaborate with Operations, Business, and Engineering to identify testing needs beyond written specifications.
- Maintain and update test suites with new test cases for feature enhancements.
- Share reports and analysis on automation test results.
- Identify defects using automation scripts, log bugs, and track them to closure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI and backend testing for large-scale web/mobile applications.
- Strong ability to analyze user experience and functional flows to identify gaps.
- Good knowledge of Internet and Web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic coding ability.
- Experience testing e-commerce applications is a plus.
- Experience writing automation scripts for Web UI or Mobile is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent QA in feature review meetings.
