Join our team as a QA Test Engineer focused on validating conversational interfaces and GenAI model outputs. This role combines traditional QA expertise with next-gen AI/ML testing practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for AI/ML model outputs
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for conversational apps
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and UX teams to ensure smooth feature delivery
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in functional and integration testing
- Hands-on with JavaScript or Python scripting
- Experience testing AI/ML or GenAI applications
- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Great Expectations, Arize, Galileo)
