Quality Assurance Engineer M/F.
Responsibilities
Expleo, a privileged partner of the
aeronautics industry, we support the sector in the challenges of its digital transformation. Over the entire life cycle of a product or as a global engineering service for critical and complex projects. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a
QMS (Quality Management System) engineer who will support one of our customers in the development, application or management of their processes in accordance with regulatory requirements (
ISO9001, EN9100, internal regulations).
The QMS engineer will be responsible for the deployment of the quality management system within the company.
His Main Missions Will Be To
- Carry out an analysis of the existing situation,
- Support our client in the definition or redefinition (simplification) of its procedures,
- Guarantee the deployment and adherence of the various stakeholders,
- Measure the efficiency of the processes and make them evolve according to feedback, changes in the company and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate the relevance and maturity of the various process performance indicators to propose improvements to these indicators and possibly participate in the deployment of these improvements.
You will be in charge of the deployment of the QMS, the process approach, the associated documentation, the continuous improvement of procedures, preparation and change management, quality reports and the preparation of internal/external audits.
Qualifications
BE in Aeronauticla / Mechnical
Essential Skills
They should have experience in collaborative projects and should be able to lead meetings and work sessions. They should be familiar with
ISO9001 / EN9100 quality standards and have a comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Should have conducted QMS audtis and aware of ISO 9001 / AS9100/ EN9100 stanadrds and requirements
Desired Skills
With an engineering background or a university master's degree, he should have significant and successful experience in the field of
Quality / QMS, ideally in an industrial environment.
Diplomatic, autonomous, rigorous and pragmatic, with interpersonal skills allow to exchange with a variety of actors. ability to adapt allows him to interact with actors from different functions (Design Offices, Production,...) or hierarchical level.
Good level of English, technical / fluent in both written and oral language.
Experience
6 t 8 Years in Quality process management in manufacturing industries
Certified in QMS management would be added advantage
