Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test enterprise-wide applications ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions for industrial and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technical solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements based on user research, market analysis, and customer feedback.
• Build and execute test scenarios and test plans to ensure complete validation of developed features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency through continuous analysis and optimization.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment of applications.
• Contribute to cloud-based solution design, development, and deployment.
• Ensure third-party applications are integrated and customized to provide consistent user experience.
• Participate in usability testing and user research to improve product design and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design problems and propose effective, user-friendly solutions.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Support a culture of openness, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
