QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in software testing or QA automation
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C# to write and execute automated tests.
- Highly skilled in using automation frameworks for continuous integration (MS Playwright).
- Familiarity of Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes for code deployments, specifically in Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
- Understanding of database testing and SQL
- Familiarity with AI and/or agentic AI related to test automation (nice to have)
- Experience in designing and developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, track, and resolve defects in the software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology, software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Willingness to work in a highly collaborative, team-based culture
