Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, write, and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring that features meet functional and non-functional requirements. Day-to-day activities include executing manual tests, documenting defects, verifying fixes, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve overall product quality. The role involves reviewing requirements and specifications, contributing to test planning, participating in release cycles, and supporting continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with an understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and Manual Testing, including the ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects accurately.
• Candidates should possess skills in designing and maintaining Test Cases, with attention to coverage, clarity, and traceability to requirements.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools, test management tools, and basic version control workflows is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with careful attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, user-ready software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
