GoalSeek is a personal finance app from ArigaMoney India Private Limited, a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. We're building technology that helps people bring their financial lives together, from accounts and investments to expenses, goals and more.

When you're building a personal finance product, getting something almost right isn't good enough.

A screen can work perfectly and still show someone the wrong number.

That's where you come in.

The role

We're looking for a QA Engineer who is careful, curious and willing to keep digging when something doesn't look right.

You'll test across our Flutter mobile app, Angular admin panel and web experiences, making sure features work the way they should before they reach users.

You'll also be testing something particularly important to us: the numbers.

Balances, net worth, budgets, category totals and goal projections all need to be right, not just look right.

What you'll work on

• Write and execute test cases across our mobile app, admin panel and web experiences.

• Test account connection journeys across different banks, account types and edge cases.

• Verify calculations including balances, net worth, category totals, budgets and goal projections.

• Log clear, reproducible defects and verify fixes.

• Run regression cycles before releases and help the team decide whether something is ready to ship.

• Test across a real mix of Android and iOS devices, OS versions and screen sizes.

• Help maintain test data and test accounts in our sandbox environment.

What success looks like

You don't stop at the feature works.

You check whether it works in the cases nobody thought about.

You can turn a requirement into thoughtful test scenarios, catch problems before users do, and write bug reports that a developer can understand and act on immediately.

Most importantly, you care about getting the details right.

You'll be great at this if you

• Have 1+ years of professional experience testing web and mobile products
• Can write test cases and scenarios from requirements, including boundary, negative and edge cases
• Have experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity and exploratory testing
• Have tested Android and iOS products on real devices
• Can write clear reproduction steps and understand severity and priority
• Have worked with Jira, Linear or similar defect management tools
• Know the basics of API testing using Postman
• Can read responses, status codes and payload fields
• Are comfortable comparing what appears on screen with the underlying data
• Are willing to learn and use basic SQL for data verification
• Have maintained test cases using TestRail, Zephyr or a well-organised shared sheet
• Have worked in sprints and are comfortable with agile ceremonies and release checklists
• Can write a defect report a developer can act on without having to come back with five questions

Good to have

Experience in fintech, banking or another product where numbers need to be exactly right.

SQL experience, exposure to BrowserStack or a similar cloud device platform, and an interest in growing into automation are all a plus.
