We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in telecom billing and mediation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with CSGI Singleview Billing and/or CSGI Intermediate Mediation, along with a solid foundation in manual and automation testing, Unix, and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for billing and mediation applications.
- Validate business workflows and data integrity across CSGI Singleview Billing and/or CSGI Intermediate Mediation platforms.
- Execute manual and automation test cases and ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as SoapUI, Postman, or Swagger.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Business Analysts, Operations) to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
- Analyze logs and perform validation using Unix commands and SQL queries.
- Contribute to automation scripts and testing frameworks as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on testing experience in Billing and/or Mediation applications (telecom domain preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of CSGI Singleview Billing and/or CSGI Intermediate Mediation.
- Proficiency in Unix and SQL.
- Exposure to telecom products such as Amdocs Billing or Oracle Billing
- Sound understanding of manual and automation testing practices.
- Experience in API testing using SoapUI, Postman, or Swagger.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical aptitude.
