Senior QA Engineer | FinTech Domain | Noida (WFO)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to design and implement scalable automation frameworks, ensure product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.
Key Skills:
- Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest
- API Testing: Postman, RestAssured
- Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI
- Version Control: Git, SVN
- Cloud & Containers: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
- Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, Rally, ALM
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain hybrid automation frameworks from scratch
- Implement BDD (Cucumber) and API automation using RestAssured
- Integrate automation scripts with Jenkins pipelines
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, estimation, and standups
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
- Ensure test coverage, scalability, and performance across releases
Preferred Experience:
- FinTech, Banking, or Insurance domain exposure
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing
- Working knowledge of AI-based testing tools (pCloudy, LambdaTest, etc.)
- Experience in Agile & Waterfall environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualification & Attributes:
- Minimum 60% academic consistency throughout education
- Product-based company experience preferred
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about learning new testing technologies
