JavaScript Automation Lead(Pune/Indore -Onsite)

Must Have-JavaScript

Key Responsibilities

6-8 years of experience with web & API automation and different framework (Data Driven & hybrid) development using Selenium with JavaScript and Java.

Excellent Scripting experience (Java & JavaScript) and should also know how to design test automation framework from scratch using Selenium OR Playwright.

Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with clients, development team, and other partners to understand the requirements, usage patterns and plan the test design.

Experience of working with REST service and understanding of SOA architecture

Develop Test Framework for API's and Front end/Backend testing.

Should have a very good understanding of backend testing skills, SQL commands, CSS, XPATH, coding standards and best practices

Should have good documentation skills, including automation test plan, strategy, test reports and presentation.

Good understanding of Jenkins (CI/CD) and hands-on with parallel testing and cross browser automation testing tools (BrowserStack/Selenoid, etc)

Should be technically competent and able to drive multiple technical aspects of a project independently. Should be able to troubleshoot issues in the project and provide solutions to team members wherever required.

Should possess good knowledge of Quality processes, Open source automation testing tools and agile methodologies.

Should be able to lead a team of 4-6 team members

Should know what is trending in the market and should be open to work on new tools, tech stack, research and development in automation space.

Good to have:

Experience with Python automation frameworks like pytest or WebDriver.IO

Understanding of Mobile & Database testing using

Experience in working on the implementation of DevOps culture using automated tools
