Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Quality Engineer Lead with strong Python skills to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks. The role also involves comprehensive data validation and automation of these validation processes. A solid understanding of the BFSI domain, including batch and streaming workflows, is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python Build and enhance test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing Perform comprehensive data validation and automate validation processes

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements

Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely defect resolution Explore AI-driven testing approaches and tools (preferred)

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
