About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and Playwright, along with a solid understanding of database validation using SQL. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using C# and Selenium/Playwright.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test scenarios and improve test coverage.
- Perform root cause analysis and report defects effectively.
- Write complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
- Continuously enhance automation processes and frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 512 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright automation tools.
- Good understanding of SQL for backend validation.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have:
- Experience with API automation (Postman, RestSharp, or similar).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (Azure, AWS).
