Overview:
A Series-A funded deep-tech company. They enable enterprises and developers to deploy and scale AI-powered applications efficiently, leveraging cutting-edge tools like TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate time, resources, and efforts for QA activities using historical data and metrics.
- Prioritize testing activities based on business goals and risk analysis.
- Monitor QA progress and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for defect resolution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and adopt industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of hands-on QA experience.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- PMP certification (preferred).
