About Position:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in API and UI automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Selenium, Karate API, Azure, and either Java or C#. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, supporting Agile sprint activities, executing regression testing, and ensuring software quality across enterprise healthcare applications.

What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts using Java/C# and Selenium
- Design and execute API automation test scenarios using Karate Framework
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing
- Support Agile sprint testing activities and collaborate closely with development teams
- Execute sprint regression testing and ensure quality deliverables
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve flaky or unstable automated test cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Validate APIs and backend services through automated testing
- Participate in pilot testing and production validation activities
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements
- Identify defects, support root-cause analysis, and track issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation processes and frameworks
- Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and automation standards are achieved
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve testing productivity and efficiency
- Support CI/CD-driven testing initiatives and quality engineering practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in Java or C# development
- Expertise in Selenium automation testing
- Strong experience in Karate API automation testing
- Hands-on experience in API automation and validation
- Experience working with Azure cloud environments
- Knowledge of test automation framework design and maintenance
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum development teams
- Understanding of regression testing, automation best practices, and defect management
- Experience analyzing and fixing flaky automation tests
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong experience in API Automation testing
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services and cloud-based applications
- Understanding of Healthcare domain concepts such as Payer, Provider, Prior Authorization, Claims, and Member Management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to enterprise-scale application testing environments
