Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Prepared By: Information Technology. The primary role of the QAA is to test our products and provide feedback to the project team about any issues or improvements that the product may require. To do so, you will be required to analyze a project and identify the various types of tests that need to be run.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in a fast-paced agile team, managing many threads at once
- Define testing scope, identifying what to cover and coming up with appropriate test ideas by using a variety of testing techniques
- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios
- Executing tests on software accessibility
- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability
- Preparing feedback reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Identification of areas of improvement
- Provide feedback on improvements to user experience

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Self-Management Possess the drive and ability to deliver on projects without constant supervision
- Technical Strong aptitude for creative testing and problem-solving
- Logic Ability to work through and make logical sense of complex and abstract solutions and processes
- Language Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages are advantageous
- Communication Ability to clearly communicate technical details, both verbally and in writing, with global team members
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Playwright or Selenium (Playwright experience advantageous)
- Experience designing test automation frameworks
- Experience in BrowserStack (desirable)
- Experience in Katalon (desirable)
- Ability to read and write sustainable code

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent, or extensive experience in software testing
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience required (guideline only; level will be assessed during the interview)
ENVIRONMENT
- 100% performed in a climate-controlled internal office environment under normal office conditions
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or exert force up to 13kgs
