We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst (Manual + Automation) to join our Engineering

team at our modern office in the heart of Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Strategy: Design and implement detailed test plans, test scenarios,

and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

Manual Testing: Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and

exploratory testing across web and API-based applications.

Automation Testing:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright,

Cypress, or similar tools.

Automate API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured.

Build reusable test frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using project management

tools (ClickUp / JIRA), ensuring timely resolution.

Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and designers to

clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

Performance & Security Awareness: Support performance testing with tools like

JMeter and contribute to basic security validation.

Process Improvement: Continuously evolve QA practices, driving improvements in

coverage, automation, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 24 years in software quality assurance with a balance of manual and

automation testing.

Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or

similar frameworks.

API Testing: Strong experience with Postman or similar API validation tools.

Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or any automation

scripting language.

Database Testing: Familiarity with SQL queries for backend validation.

Project Management Tools: Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, or Notion for tracking QA

activities.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
