We are seeking a Quality Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various teams to improve quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree science.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Proficient in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
