Quality Analyst- Arabic Expert
Location-Navi Mumbai
Day shift - General shift (10 am - 7 pm)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Audit inbound and outbound calls.
- Minimum 1 year on paper Quality Analyst experience required.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Need Arabic language expert.
- Good with English and Hindi language
- Evaluate calls, emails, and CRM cases against predefined quality parameters, including:
- Communication tone, empathy, and resolution ability
- Aware about basic Kpis- Call calibration, call auditing, call Monitoring, 7 QC tool.
- Feedback & coaching.
- Immediate joiner preferred
