Job Requirements

Details:

Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, and scripts.

.Advise on test strategy best practices, determine test standards, and build out master test plan.

.Execute the plan and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.

.Experience with Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA (Zephyr).

. Hands-on experience on ERP tool testing (3-4 years)

.Good to have: Hands on Automation experience

.Ensure top quality by identifying potential issues and documenting test results before the product goes live.

.Backend database testing SQL and validating using SQL queries.

.Accurately document software defects.

.Perform testing in terms of functionality with multiple systems.

.Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.

.Work as a key player within the Scrum team by providing feedback and executing on testing deliverables.

.Adhere to IS Department and project team policies and best practices.

.Communicates and coordinates with Project Manager and scrum team to ensure deliverables are being met.

.Ability to not only verify functional requirements, but understand the data and confirm it's being calculated correctly.

.Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables

.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal team members as well as business stakeholders.

.Ability to translate business and technical requirements into functional test plans.

.Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.

.Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

.Ability to deliver results leveraging SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

.Must have a positive can-do attitude.

.Strong problem solving characteristics with the ability to think outside the box.

.Must be able to work with others in a collaborative fashion.
