Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign QA: Review and validate campaign setup, targeting parameters, and delivery metrics before launch.
  • Lead Quality Checks: Audit lead data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client criteria (e.g., job titles, company size, geography).
  • Process Audits: Monitor adherence to internal SOPs and SLAs across campaign execution and reporting.
  • Error Reporting: Identify quality issues, document root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Client Deliverables: Ensure all reports, lead files, and dashboards meet formatting, accuracy, and branding standards.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback to improve campaign performance and reduce error rates.
  • Tool Utilization: Use QA tools, CRMs, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to validate data and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in a QA role, preferably in a B2B marketing or lead generation environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
