Job Summary

  • The Quality Analyst, Senior performs advanced quality assurance activities across AI, automation, and integration solutions developed within Ventra's Global Capability Center. This role validates complex workflows, AI outputs, and multi-system automation scenarios, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and business expectations. The Senior Quality Analyst operates with greater independence and serves as a subject matter resource for quality standards across automation initiatives.

Essential Functions And Tasks


  • Lead validation efforts for complex RPA, AI, and integration workflows across multiple systems.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios covering exceptions, failures, and edge cases.
  • Validate AI model behavior, outputs, and decision logic against defined rules and expected outcomes.
  • Analyze defects to identify root causes and systemic quality risks.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product partners to resolve quality issues.
  • Review requirements and designs to identify test gaps or quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
  • Support regression testing and release readiness for automation deployments.
  • Maintain high-quality test documentation, defect records, and validation evidence.
  • Mentor junior Quality Analysts and provide guidance on testing approaches and standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of quality frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies.

Education And Experience Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in quality assurance, automation testing, or technology validation roles.
  • Hands-on experience testing RPA, AI-driven systems, or integrations preferred.
  • Experience working in scaled delivery environments is a plus.

  • Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • Basic touch 10 key skills.

  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.

Compensation


  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentiv e bon us in accordance with company policies .
