Quality Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Analyze client data and scrutinize details to meet quality standards
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on analysis
- Utilize QA tools such as Pareto and Run Charts for performance evaluation
- Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports
- Share feedback through presentations to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain MIS and highlight areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with Gage R&R specifications
- Open to rotational shift work
- Improve process efficiency and achieve maximum QA scores
- Track and monitor team MIS to enhance skills and productivity
- Conduct fact-finding analysis to detect trends and resolve issues
- Promote team collaboration and communicate goals effectively
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication
- Client-oriented with excellent dispute handling ability
- Fast learner with excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with web applications and internet search tools
- Minimum 3 months of experience in collections; DRA certification preferred
