Key Responsibilities
- Test voice agent conversations across various patient scenarios
- Evaluate prompt quality, accuracy, and empathy in healthcare contexts
- Document edge cases and failure modes
- Create test cases for new features and integrations
- Monitor live agent performance and flag issues
Requirements
- 2+ years in QA/testing, preferably for conversational AI or voice products
- Strong attention to detail and systematic testing approach
- Ability to understand healthcare workflows (appointments, EMR systems)
- Comfortable with ambiguity in AI product testing
- Excellent written communication for bug reports
