Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst(Playwright)- Lead who is not just a tech expert but also passionate about building world-class products and ensuring software quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall quality assurance vision, ensuring best-in-class testing practices, and delivering reliable, high-quality software across multiple platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders while mentoring and leading a team of QA engineers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including significant experience leading QA teams or initiatives

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field

  • Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent, and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript

  • Experience executing and overseeing unit, system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing

  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar

  • Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong ability to analyze user stories, use cases, requirements, and technical specifications for feasibility and comprehensive test coverage

  • Solid SQL skills for database validation and backend testing

  • Experience testing across web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and databases

  • Hands-on knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar

  • Ability to define and drive QA strategies, processes, methodologies, and best practices across projects

  • Experience building and executing test plans, test strategies, schedules, and release readiness reports

  • Strong experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams

  • Ability to track, analyze, and report quality metrics, test coverage, risks, and defects to leadership and stakeholders

  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging tools, technologies, and QA practices
